DON'T BUY

Just reviewing their reserve estimates. Have had some production problems in moving gas to markets. Graph shows a breakdown below one level of support on the 50 day moving average and trending to bounce off the 200-day moving average.

WEAK BUY

Changing their engineering firm to assess their tight gas reserves and expects no reserve write down. Asset base is not conducive to a takeover or a royalty trust. Better stories out there.

Gas will go higher. There is a secular shortage of gas.

Surprised that it hasn’t been acquired as yet. Feels that it’s overvalued.
