Have done a great job. Stay with a quality like this that keeps raising its distribution.

Had a big downdraft in mid-October and the oscillator made a big spike bottom, which would’ve been a fantastic time to buy. Indicators are turning down so this may soften a bit. Good time to buy if you don’t have it.

Stock has dropped apparently because of an aggressive seller. Thinks the company is in absolutely fine shape. Great track record and abilities to drive it.

A play on demographics. They buy a royalty on their revenues instead of paying a dividend. A terrific business. Royalties always pay a premium. Nice coupon and they will probably have the ability to raise the dividend. Excellently run business.

A brilliant little company based in Calgary that invests in royalties. Loves royalties. Right off the top, you get paid before anybody else. They invest looking for a 16% return rate off the top. If revenues go up, royalty payments go up, but only 6% and the same on the downside. Will probably increase their dividends again this year.

HOLD

Holding company for a number of industrial companies. Management has a good track record of delivering. Very nice dividend.

TOP PICK

A little tricky to explain. Have a royalty stream on companies but not a resource company. Have a furniture company, steel company, carpet company, etc. They take the top line revenue so they get paid first. 7.7% yield. Raised their dividend twice last year.
