Today, Jenny Harrington, CEO, Gilman Hill Asset Management and Stephen Weiss, Founder, Short Hills Capital Partners commented about whether COIN-Q, NFLX-Q, LDOS-N, PFE-N, AXP-N, DOCU-Q are stocks to buy or sell.

BUY

Decent earnings lie ahead. Has a 5.5% free cash flow yield.

PARTIAL SELL

She just trimmed AmEx as part of typical prudent portfolio management. She bought this in 2019 at 14x PE and is now at 19x PE with 13% earnings growth for the next two years. If the market hits volatility, she's perfectly fine taking a little money off the table.

HOLD

A few weeks ago, they reported great earnings, but shares were down because the Covid vaccine drove earnings. Today, shares are down another 5-6%. She added shares a few weeks ago, but is holding now.

BUY ON WEAKNESS

It hit a new high just a few days ago though has slid, down 6.5% today over uncertainty of where the US defence will spend its budget. Now, is a buying opportunity.

PARTIAL BUY

Likes it a lot. Trades directly related to its fundamentals. It just hit highs yesterday. Holds a big position, so his holding, but recommends it as a buy, even partially now then adding if it goes down.

BUY

He just added more, based on momentum and scarcity, if the new White House says it will do what it promised of making a crypto reserve currency. Regardless, new regulations will make cryptos okay for institutions to own.

RISKY

It boasts five straight quarters of triple-digit earnings growth. The stock continues to strengthen. They last guided $32 billion on data centre revenue vs. the street's $31.7 billon. If they come in above their guidance, this stock should be okay. But remember that NVDA has a history of sharp drawdowns even when they report a beat. Last August, it fell on a very short bear market. Be aware of that. You must accept that volatility.

BUY

Live sports iS the final frontier for them (the upcoming Mike Tyson fight NFLX will stream). The Tyson fight holds big potential for NFLX.

BUY ON WEAKNESS

It's lost a third of its market cap and the selling is overdone. Now, is a buying opportunity.

BUY

It reports next week. It remains her largest position, despite regular trimming. NVDA will continue to increase until they eat into the backlog sometime in the future.

SELL

He just sold it. He had bought it as a China and an AI play. Q3 earnings were decent with sales up 22%, but the market sold this off anyway. Then, research came out to say that their circuits did not integrate well with the new Blackwell GPUs. Shares tanked. He did a stop loss. He lost 30% on this momentum name. Move on.

RISKY

He added to it. Long term there will be profitability. He added at $280 yesterday. There could a more crypto-friendly White House. It's an investment, not trade, bit cryptos are a roller-coaster, not for the feint of heart.

COMMENT

Believes markets will push higher in 2025. General market might not be as good as 2024 - but economy continues to hold up. As long as US does not enter recession, will be good for investors. Market sectors in areas like tech (A.I.) seem to reach new highs despite lofty valuations. US Fed Reserve interest rates not expected to fall as quickly - but this is a healthy signal (inflation has not gone away). Would point towards under valued stocks, that have been ignored by markets in order to generate gains.

TOP PICK

Excellent asset base - very had to replicate. Consistent dividend increases. Cheap valuation given cash flow abilities. Company will perform well regardless of economy. Has a long history of quality dividends. Portfolio of growth projects for the next 5 years.

TOP PICK

Leading fleet manager throughout the globe. Continues to grow towards ~$10 billion market cap. Demand for services within growing tech companies like Amazon. Ability to operate cheaply with high margins - top decile. Built a very strong business that is growing organically.
