He bailed. They made this transformational acquisition in Washington and they over levered themselves. They had to spin out Alberta Gas Canada. He still owns the bonds as they are deleveraging. He wouldn't go back even as it is safer now.

Never owned it. They are all over the place in terms of sectors. They are good Managers. With interest rates being down the stock came up. Conservative. 70% pay out ratio. He hasn't looked at it closely as they are widely diversified.

Came with great numbers last quarter. They have mid-stream and front stores. They are great acquisition machine. They never bought based on valuation. market cap is around 600 Mill. Great company.

Preferreds are a hold or sell? The preferreds have been terrible performers as the resets are lower because interest rates have been lower. He doesn't like resets but they are doing OK now. Manulife got good results.

It has under performed. They made this transformational construction of this $3.3 billion petrochemical complex. There was a reverse of the pipeline of propane as they need it from the US to make plastic. He thinks it is incredible cheap and will show results in six months. Yield is 8.2% with a 75% payout ratio. Potential for a take out. (Analysts’ price target is $24.33)
