Latest Stock Buy or Sell? Make More Informed Decisions!

(A Top Pick March 13/17. Up 9%.) An absolute gem, but is cautious with utilities including AQN at least for now. You can hold it for five years and forget about it. If you're a trader, now's a good time to get out, because of overall situation with utilities, rising interest rates and servicing their debt.

(A Top Pick March 13/17. Up 20%.) ROIC 15%+ for 20 years and now 20%. A technology play backed by the U.S. government. Valuation good plus decent dividend. This is a classic return on invested capital.

Cleaned up their balance sheet. Still have a lot of debt though they've reigned it in. ROIC went from -8% to 3% in just two years. They're doing the right things.

Issues about competition with its drugs. Earns 26% ROIC, EBITDA has come down. In a good area, including oncology and HIV. A good pipeline, cash flow and valuations. Likes it a lot.

A great company, but pause on the utilities space for now given rising interest rates. Now's a good time to sell then buy cheaper later for all utilities.

Likes golds, but Eldorado's ROIC negative and still lags compared to everyone else in this space. There should be positive returns at this point in the cycle.

A lot of pressure from Amazon getting into CVS' space, but confident CVS will emerge well. CVS will fight back. But don't get too speculative on events (Amazon) that could happen. ROIC consistent. Good valuation. He has faith in CVS.

His least favourite FANG. Prefers Amazon and Facebook. ROIC was 29% in 2012 at peak, but now 13%. How long can they milk the iPhone? Victim of their own success. They have so much cash sitting overseas. Will they invest it? Repurchase shares and pay a dividend would be his suggestion.

Has been flat lately, but one of the best Canadian companies. Has international operations, rare for a Canadian company. Likes this brand. High-quality. Reasonable valuation.

Done a great job. Invested a lot more capital in the busines, up to $9 billion with a 22% ROIC, but it's getting stretched. He's on the fence, but hold. Warning: it's not cheap. A good company overall.

Doesn't think will NAFTA be a big issue, because the car industry is so integrated among countries. Improving ROIC, now at 11%. Good dividend. You can't go wrong.

Now is not a good time for utilities because of rising interest rates. Iroincally, IPL has always been rich until now. Wait till utilities are back in favour before buying.

Intel is too good. AMD is too speculative. It rarely has a positive ROIC, curerntly a weak 6%. Intel has more than double the ROIC.

Strong fundemantals. Cyclical stock, so currently in favour with world demand for resources (copper. zinc). Improving ROIC strongly tied to stock price. ROIC has risen from 1% two years ago to 7% now. Valuation good.

One of his favourite FANGs. Very strong. User metrics that were recently released didn't hurt stock performance. Is an amazing advertising platform. ROIC is a stunning 24% and it's still rising, which is incredible.
