Natural Gas: - LNG imports have gone down 80% in one year, so he is very bullish on natural gas. This is the shoulder season right now, so it is a good time to Buy. A lot of stocks might be weak over the next few weeks and this is when he would be looking to buy these. Could see it getting back up to the $12 range.
Likes Manitoba and thinks the market has missed it in a number of plays. This is one of the better Jr. gold plays out there. Looking for more buying of smaller gold stocks over the next year.
This is the biggest player in the low lands area of the St. Lawrence. Over time, the stock could go much higher. In the short term, has had a big run so you have to be wary. If you have the patience and are bullish on natural gas, there is nothing wrong with entering at this level.
Natural gas. There are about 4 or 5 juniors in the whole Montney region. Likes this one because it already has production of 1.5 million barrels a day. Cash flow of about $.30 or $.40. There will be a significant expansion in this area. Have a big land position.
Eric Sprott put together a little resource company that is largely metallurgical coal. Own a company out of West Virginia with about 4 million tons that should be mining by 2010. Metallurgical coal has doubled in price and there are great margins here. Also has a phosphate company. A good way to play phosphate and coal.
Have had some very good results in the Geraldton area. Think the stock is down because micro caps golds are not getting the respect they deserve in the short run. If they can continue to pull the holes that they have been pulling, stay with it. There is also nothing wrong with buying at this level.
Natural gas. Have announced some major deals with Crew Energy (CR-T) and West Energy (WTL-T) in the Montney region of British Columbia. Expects there will be production within the next year.
A little surprised that it hasn't performed somewhat better as it is an actual producer. Part of the problem is that the small-cap area for gold has been a tough battle in the short run. People tend to underestimate Manitoba.
Gold. Detour Lake is one of the best places to be in North America. If you have patience, by this one and put it away for a while and you should be pretty happy over the next year.
It owns half of Detour Gold Corp (DGC-T) and has quite a significant holding in Africa. Undervalued relative to Detour. A good leveraged way to play the gold market.
Potash play in Saskatchewan. About 6 or 7 juniors bought up land that wasn't owned by Mosaic (MOS-N) and Potash (POT-T). This stock has good upside. One of the best ways to play potash. BHP Billiton (BHP-N) is the partner and has 75% of the project, which means there are deep pockets for them.
Iron ore in Labrador. Thinks the price of iron ore will go up between 30% and 50% this year. One of the few juniors that has a legitimate iron ore play.
This company had a spectacular hole, the stock went up, and then 2 very good holes and the stock sold off! Thinks they are sitting on some pretty good zinc and copper properties.
In their previous organization, he had done some financing for them. They are in San Miguel Mexico, a good belt. Have done a lot of drilling and have had very good results. If it were a better market, this stock would be somewhat higher. Doing reasonably well and if you want to play leverage on a smaller cap gold/silver play this would be good.
You are in the oil sands with a junior, which is interesting. There is also ownership in a well run company in Argentina, which has had a lot of success. At these levels, it is probably a pretty decent entry point.
