He got killed on it. They just did a deal with another company. They just don’t seem to fulfill their promises at all. They are facing so many headwinds that he is not interested in it at all.

Have potentially been breaking up the company in the last 6 months for repositioning into new markets. At the end of the day, the figures they will have a purse of $10 million in cash and a small wireless business that will be somewhat profitable going forward. Interesting speculation.

Selling off divisions that have had a lot of intellectual property but not a lot of sales. Now has $7 million in cash and expects they will sell off another division for a million or two in cash. Feels they are going to go into companies that are more focused on sales and marketing. Interesting speculation at this price.

Board proposing 60:1 share consolidation. They want it on the agenda by wont necessarily do it. He would say good-bye to his position if it is any more than 10:1. He found 60% of companies that do this consolidation are lower a year later.

$2.5 million convertible debenture coming due. Losing money and has lost money for a long time. Doesn't have a lot of money and have to make sure they can cover this. New management made a lot of changes. Revenues are up. Looking to China with a Mandarin website. Doing a trial for a Canadian telecom. Moved from 132 million shares to 220 million shares. He bought more shares at $.07. Very risky but if they manage to pull through it could triple or quadruple.

Still likes the stock. He does not want to see them do a share consolidation, and it sounds like they are leaning away from that. Would prefer if they bought shares back. A fair amount of risk.
