Jim Cramer - Mad Money Winnebago Industries Inc WGO-N BUY Oct 26, 2020

He loves this trailer industry, because people can't travel abroad for vacations, so they buy trailer homes and travel. It's struggled lately, but the price has fallen and you can buy it now.

TOP PICK
Expects Americans will be traveling more.
PAST TOP PICK
(A Top Pick Jan 5/04. No change.) A very solid stock. Has done very well over the last year. Still likes.
DON'T BUY
His model price is $36.29 which is a 12.6% differential, so there is value, but he can see more value elsewhere.
SHORT
Fuel costs on Winnebago’s is very expensive and people are worried about buying rv's again. Sales are going down. Earnings may be $1.50 at the most this year.
TOP PICK

This company has suffered a little in the last couple of years, but recently in the last 4-5 months, the stock has started to ramp up again. They completed the design of a company called Grand Design, so have started to diversify a little. One of the knocks on the company has been their lack of manufacturing prowess. Great products, but leaving some money on the shop room floor. It is hoped that with Grand Design, and the synergies they bring, that it could be a big win for this company as well. Trading at about 13.5X this year’s and 11.5X next year’s earnings. Very cheap stock. Dividend yield of 1.29%. (Analysts’ price target is $38.60.)

PAST TOP PICK

(A Top Pick Jan 24/17, Up 75%) It came off a bad report and he trimmed a bit a couple of days ago. It reached his maximum holding for one position. There is a lot of Mom and Pops that are buying these things [RVs].

PAST TOP PICK

(A Top Pick Jan 24’16, Up 67%) He trimmed a little because it was getting too big in his portfolio. They are now getting into non-motorized vehicles. There is still some growth ahead.

COMMENT
The mobile homes industry is on fire with sold-out inventories, but the stocks are flat, because investors view them as pandemic stocks. WGO reports next week, and maybe if WGO tells a good story, shares will rise. Maybe or not.
