Lot of aspects to this company. In the exploration stage and has come up with a bit of a head wind on an ownership dispute over the land holdings in Colombia.

Concluded settling of its Colombian problem. Possibly in the future it might have problems with the processing. Should go up from here.

Mineral rights had been an over hang. They have the ability to really grow the asset and somebody may want to take them out at some point.

Settled the La Bodega arbitration/acquisition of La Baja gold property in Colombia, which was good. Now have to march on with the development of the mine. Overall, an extremely favourable situation.

Colombian gold company with a resource being developed. Dispute with owner of property, which has to be reconciled. Looks like a bit of a cash grab. There’s an overhang on the stock because of this land ownership issue. It could be a volatile stock.

Gold. An attractive name if the ownership dispute gets resolved favourably, which he expects. Could also be a takeover.

DON'T BUY

There questions on ownership, which he expects will be resolved in their favour but would not be a buyer at this time until there is better clarification.

Has a land dispute in Colombia. If this gets settled, it should go up by $2 probably. Good asset.

PARTIAL BUY

Overhang on this stock is a land dispute in Colombia. Once this gets reconciled, stock should go a lot higher. Recommended buying this in stages.

COMMENT

Located in Colombia. Made a very significant discovery. Have the La Bodega vein, which is all right but extending from that, he believes a separate system, La Mascota that has been pulling some very nice drill intercepts that pushed the stock up but has now dropped back because of a legal dispute.

WATCH

Has been a spectacular performer. Recently a dispute on ownership of the assets and will probably be going to an arbitrator or potentially to court.

BUY

(Market Call Minute.) Gold. Has had great results and would continue to buy it. You'll probably see it get taken out.
