Recently went public. He really likes it. It has been weak like every offering this summer. He was looking for those that use the proceeds for positive change. They are buying two more trucks and plan to look for more acquisitions. He thinks that could happen pretty quickly. They have shown acquisitions to be accretive within 6 months in the past. He thinks you will get a 30% Return over the next year.
A very good growth story, just not getting a lot of attention. For investors looking for good Canadian small growth companies, this is a good one. A trucking company. Really a rollup story. They buy small mom-and-pop trucking companies, making them much more profitable by putting them on their network and running them through their hub and spoke system. Has done 11 acquisitions over the last few years. Looking to grow revenue up to about $500 million over the next few years, which seems achievable. The upside is $4-$5 from here.
