Ryan Modesto Siyata Mobile Inc SIM-X DON'T BUY Nov 29, 2018

A bit small for his taste. It has insider ownership which is a good thing to see. Revenues have been growing but so did the losses. They have negative cash flow. Just from the business model not a name that excites him.

TOP PICK
A two-way radio on the cellular network. The product has been signed with Bell Mobility. He thinks they are close to signing something in the US with a major carrier. A higher risk, higher reward investment that has nothing to do with today's market uncertainty. Yield 0%. (Analysts’ price target is $0.85)
COMMENT
The company uses push to talk in transportation vehicles over cell networks. Previously this required a whole bunch of equipment to achieve. They are now working to add 5G to their product offering. They have a very good product and are now getting all the certifications from carriers.
HOLD
He has a half position in this. He likes it and it is back to his entry level around $0.50. They have a good growth profile. They needed to tighten their balance sheet and they were successful in securing some further financing in a brokered deal -- they will need some working capital. He will continue to hold.
COMMENT
A previous Past Pick for him. Their push to talk technology is geared to replace two-way radio technology within fleets, but with all the perks of a cell phone. It has been stagnant as it was slow to get things going. He thinks it will do well going forward as long as they execute on their goals for this year.
BUY
They have a system that is push to talk radios. They also have an opportunity with US first responders. He thinks they may have qualified for several carriers in the US. Very good prospects.
BUY
They do radio communications for delivery vehicles as well as in ambulances and fire trucks. They have approvals from a lot of US carriers and have 4G technology (and working towards 5G). Great opportunities here, but there are no earnings forecasts.
WATCH
Push to talk radios for trucks and deliveries as well as first responders. They have agreements with a large number of US carriers. He does not own them now, but will be watching them.
BUY
He has made it a top pick and it has not done anything since. They have made some big announcements that prove their technology is good. They are on the platform of several carriers, which is not easy. The market gives them no credit for what they have done. Be patient with it.
WAIT

It's very frustrating and a former pick of his. They make a device accepted by AT&T and Bell, which is impressive. But this hasn't excited investors. Wait. When SIM gets a purchase order, this stock will move. Revenues will be made.

DON'T BUY
Once owned this. But this will be stuck in a highly competitive space.
