Have a joint venture base metal project in Québec with Xtrata (?) which is in production. Economics are not good enough for them to generate sufficient cash flow to meet payments. We either need a pickup base metal or some sort of sweet deal from Xtrata with a takeover.

Zinc property and joint venture with Extratta. He thinks Zinc prices will be stable or higher and would be buying it at these prices. Safe jurisdiction in Quebec.

Rodney Dangerfield of junior resource stocks. Never seen a company with such great drill results, super major partner, located in a great province but sells for pennies. Very speculative.
