Agnico Eagle moved in to a share ownership position with them. He doesn’t know. It is still in a downtrend on the chart.

Would support getting out of it. Would not expect it to resume its old highs.

DON'T BUY

Good bunch of guys who’ve done a great lot of work in the Red Lake area. Did a resource estimate and the estimator did not do a top cut on the grades. They’ll have to get a new resource and there could be trouble for the stock.

TOP PICK

Gold exploration in Red Lake, the cream of the crop in terms of high-grade gold. A $1.1 billion market cap and they just came out with an initial resource of 4 million ounces. Potential of 13-16 million ounces. Could be a double or triple.

COMMENT

Extending a drift a considerable distance under ground to prove out the gold asset, so now waiting for this proof so it os now speculation. Prefers Premier Gold (PG-T), which he owns.

WAIT

Sold holdings when it got expensive> Stock has now come down quite a bit this year. Getting close to production. Difficult to evaluate but as more drilling and information becomes available he’ll be able to make a better assessment.

BUY

Formed a huge base through 08 and 09 and then went up at the end of 09. Had a nice pullback to midyear and is now rallying back up. Expect it will break through its resistance of $5 and looks like it wants to go much higher.

COMMENT

Expect it has a 5 million ounce deposit but probably the high grade is much smaller than what has been suggested. Expect this is the reason for the weakness in the stock.

DON'T BUY

Have had outstanding success in the Red Lake camp. Very smart people. Not sure how much there is left in there.

COMMENT

Gold exploration is pure risk capital i.e. speculation. Junior exploration plays came in from mid summer to now because of market liquidity. It now has to be a mine requiring a lot of capital near term. Hard work is now going to have to kick in. He sold half his position.
