Large high grade deposit and company makes lots and lots of money. Government has treated them fairly even though it is a hard place. Incredible build up, quarter by quarter, of free cash on the balance sheet as a consequence of operations.

COMMENT

Gold sector is looking interesting now. A number of companies have based and the US$ is finally starting to run out of steam. This one will probably do okay. Will probably run back up into $6.50-$7 area.

HOLD
The chart shows an area of congestion for all of 2011 and then it broke under in the beginning of this year. He feels this is near a low and we are now into support.
BUY
Share price hit is partly a function of the hit in the price of gold and partly due to a miss in production. Finally it is a misinterpretation of political risk. A great point to be accumulating.
COMMENT
Based in Eritrea, which has some higher political risks. Recently had a really good quarter. Converting from a gold company to a base metals producer.
HOLD
Eritrea gold. Likes the project quite a bit. Their deposit has about 1 million ounces at the top followed by 8 years of copper and then zinc. Real low operating costs in the first few years. Along with their gold in the ground, they have refunds coming from the government for 30% of their deposit, totalling about $1 billion. Could be some weakness in the stock price in the near term.

TOP PICK
One of the “soon to be” cheapest mining companies in the world. Bischa is a monster deposit in Eritrea and within 18-24 months the production that will come from the mostly gold part will pay for all their debt and cover future exploration costs. Prime takeover candidate.
STRONG BUY
Will be building a mine in Eritrea and will cash flow potentially what it will cost to build the mine in about 1 year. Dirt-cheap.
BUY
Fantastic gold deposit in Eritrea. High-grade gold cap that makes lots of money. Financed now. Should do well.
TOP PICK
Gold operation in Eritrea with 40% government owned. Will be producing net 250,000 ounces of gold near the end of 2010. Cash costs of $200.
TOP PICK
This was a disappointment because of a previous project. Has a phenomenal project in Eritrea. He is expecting the last of the financing needed to get the mine in production. Has a payback of less than 2 years. Strong takeover candidate.
HOLD
(Market Call Minute.) Expect production will be flat going forward.
HOLD
Have a play in Eritrea and the government is a very significant partner. Originally was base metal but they have a big oxide cap full of gold. Could get payback in 1 or 2 years. Need financing of about $100 million but once they get this they should get a very significant payment from the government. Very interesting.
