Two problems. They have to move a town in Rumania and they have management issues. It has come back to life. Have redone the whole management. This will be an earth moving operation which is expensive. Has moved up and is much more fully valued.

Have a large geological resource and reserve in Romania, one of the largest gold deposites in the world. If you have a positive outlook on Romania BUY.

Newmont (NMC-T) got involved with their Rumanian project which is positive. New COO is very competent.

Has not been one of the top performers in the mining sector. Find out what the low is and then if it breaks through that low, you don't want it.

A fantastic undeveloped ore body in Romania. Have to move a village and complete their permitting. Will take time. Expect some positive exploration results are due to come. Speculative.

Have raised $46/47 million in capital. Romanian gold asset is very good and they now have the money. Have to get parliamentary approval making it a risky project.
