Big discovery in Peru. Silver Standard Resources is in a position to get 80% of it, so it seems reasonable they might buy this company out.

Good company. Very conservatively cashed. 2 assets including 20% ownership of a great deposit in San Luis in Peru. Waiting to see what partner Silver Standard (SSO-T) does. Also have Cerro Jumil in Mexico, a decent gold deposit and trying to develop a mining scenario that fits with what they have. Not a big deposit.

Silver. Have 2 deposits that he thinks are economic. A high-grade deposit in Peru and one in Mexico. Feels this will be a takeover in the next 12 months. If they don't, shareholders will have the cash flow in a 2 to 3 year time frame. Has $12 to $13 million in cash. Very cheap.
