Database company for the housing market. There are a whole lot of demographic reasons why they have to move into technology for home appraisals. They have showed their products are more accurate than a traditional appraisal. The last CEO was replaced. The board was conflicted. Mr. Fisher took control of the company and put in 4 new directors, not light weight. His company is VERY involved in this company.
