Doesn't know this one but on the face of it, this is probably good. Fertilizer demand is not going to let up anytime soon. He will be interested in looking at this one.
They own a very interesting potash deposit next to Potash (POT-T) in Saskatchewan. The price of potash has increased substantially over the last several years.
He worries a little bit. There are potash producers and “would be” producers. It is very expensive to develop a potash mine. They certainly have reserves. The difficulty is knowing how the shareholders will fare in the financing that is necessary.
One of 3 junior potash exploration companies. The big thing will be how much acreage do they have and how much in the way of reserves can they discover. Take a package of 3 juniors for potash. He is looking at this one.
One of the many emerging potash players. Not his favourite. (See Top Picks.) Be patient and you will be fine. Any company that has legitimate potash reserves will go up in price significantly.
Development potash play in Saskatchewan around the main camps of Potash (POT-T) and Monsanto (MON-N). Managed to find a lease that had not been renewed by Potash Corp. Problem: development is 8 to 10 years with costs in the billions. Now a “show me” story.
