They just opened their 73rd this week. They've been turning a profit since 2017 and keep posting good numbers. Too bad it trades only in Canada.

It got stuck above $30 and is now building a nice base. He likes this.

He owns it and likes it even though the price movement has been disappointing. It is consolidating here. Analysts have a $38 to$42 price target.

This has been an extremely good performance year for long-term-care REITs. Not sure there's much more in terms of capital gains from where we are now. Unless substantial pullback, wouldn't buy now.

Great management team. Recent spinoff is interesting, as it's about optimizing value for shareholders, not about empire-building. Capital discipline is there.

There is nothing more powerful than a base breakout, and this had one in February of this year. This one is on a trend line right now and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the chart.

Figured out a way to use an agent to produce CBD in a lab, which will make it cheaper and more consistent. Still rolling it out into the commercial space. The future.
