Traditionally a security business, then morphed into higher-end security like bodyguards, and now into mobile towers for security similar to ZDC. Chart's ticked up. Financials not good enough for him to own right now.

Wish he had owned this before last week's earnings which were a huge surprise, including big revenue and EBITDA beats. It's in a competitive space, but they're building themselves a niche. The multiple is cheap and the trend is their friend. This can rise higher.

COMMENT

A good little company, but the ROE is not quite what he is looking for. Market cap is only $23 million, so it is pretty small. The ROE was higher last year.
