COMMENT
Largest 40 companies in Latin America. Get some Mexico, Brazil, etc.. Get oil and gas, banks, metals, etc.. Only thing to keep in mind is the elections in Brazil later this year.
E.T.F.'s
DON'T BUY
Low-cost and diversified. But the growth will come more from Asia, not Latin America. He has only minimal exposure in Latin America.
E.T.F.'s
DON'T BUY
Likes the emerging markets. This ETF is over 60% Brazil, another 25% Mexico. Would prefer the Claymore EW Euro-Pacific ETF (EEN-N), which gives a broader exposure and less volatility.
E.T.F.'s
WEAK BUY
Latin America. Prefers the Brazil one a little bit better (EWZ-N). This one is a combination of mostly Brazil with a little bit of Chile, Argentina and a decent chunk of Mexico. (See Top Picks.)
E.T.F.'s
BUY
Latin America is one of the areas to be invested in. His favourite is Brazil. Not too much for Mexico's political issues and their economic ties to the US but this is a good way to go.

COMMENT
Latin America. Has been virtually devastated because of what has happened in markets generally. Broke through a new low on Thursday so the downtrend is definitely there. Chart looks like it has formed a double bottom giving it support just below $20. Short-term indicators have just turned up during the last few days. Starting to look interesting.
E.T.F.'s
BUY
Good ETF. If you like Brazil you’ll like this one. It’s about 65% Brazil. Also has Argentina and Chile. There are other ways to get the Brazil exposure.
E.T.F.'s
WEAK BUY
Investing in any emerging market will involve a lot of volatility. If you are willing to accept this had have a longer term view, that's fine. Political issues can have a lot of affect on these countries. Think these countries will continue to do fine and their rates are relatively low.
