They collected 99.5% of rents in July, a great number. Leverage is high. They pay out 100% of their AFFO, so they won't raise their dividend. She likes this, but prefers Granite REIT.
Sold down a couple of years ago, but is now recovering nicely. US asset based focusing on industrial properties. Made a number of acquisitions in Kentucky in the last quarter. Good business model. Lead tenants are companies like FedEx and a lot of the high end major light industrial companies. Trading at a reasonable valuation and there might be more upside, but the easy money has been made. The one negative is that it is still a small market cap which you always have to be careful about, because if the market turns, the first thing that gets hit are small caps. Yield of 7.3%. Prefers Tricon Capital Group (TCN-T).
