GPS routing. Has a love/hate relationship with them. Big contract in Brazil sort of fell apart. Looks like they are starting to pull things together. Looks like a big FedEx contract will happen this year.

BUY

Electronic vehicle tracking. Believe they have just won a contract with FedEx and should know in the next week or two. This would be a huge endorsement.

Telematics provider for truck/car fleet tracking. The FedEx deal has been hanging over their heads for a while but will be a huge catalyst in the next month or two.

(Market Call Minute.) Still potential for a large target but so far this year it has been nothing but disappointment.

An emerging global leader in Telematics, a truck/car fleet tracking system. Market has lost patience waiting for some of the big deals, but he thinks they are getting very close. Good price. Buy on weakness and hold it for years.

Company with execution problems that turned into credibility problems. Doesn't see a short term recovery in the stock.

Has dramatically reduced his exposure to this company. Standing between this company and Volkswagen Brazil is a company called Crown Telecom and the deal is up in the air.

DON'T BUY

Tracking devices for retail and commercial vehicles. Built into Volkswagens on Brazil assembly lines. Had been a strong performer but has recently been hit with a couple of negative news events. Doesn’t look too good right now.

COMMENT

In a dynamic uptrend, but technical analysis doesn't help much when it has gone straight up. When it reverses, get ready to pull the trigger.
