Somewhat of a defensive position. Not overly excited about the US stock market with the exception of a couple of sectors. Thinks the health care sector will do reasonably well. Obviously oil will do OK, but it's already had a great run.
He likes healthcare. One of the few sectors that is in a secular bull market, meaning you can buy it and not worry about it. Chart is showing a nice upward trend. The sector has been a bit of a political football.
He was overweight with healthcare for years but it has been damaged because the biotech sector is represented there. It rebounded since Hillary did not win. This is a good one to have longer term if you are committed to the trend of aging populations. It is a good holding.
ETF for investing in the US healthcare sector? This is one of the better ones, and it gives you a high cross section of some of the major US pharmaceutical companies. A lot of stability. Not exactly sure where the US healthcare sector is going to end up.
A sector play on the pharmaceutical industry. You are buying a basket of pharmaceutical companies. It's a defensive position that you would hold for 1/2 years. Good dividends and good cash flow. Has been hit pretty hard, so it's a good time to be looking at it.
