In the area of soft ware for wireless devices. Where service providers are going to drive incremental revenue will be towards data services. This will have great growth. This company is a key player having a great install base and a ton of customers. They will use their Web browsers to drive services. Don't jump into it too quickly. By a little bit at a time.
Has a model price of $9.87, a 20% positive differential. There has been a huge collapse in this sector, probably because of the options scandal going on. You should have a portfolio of these, not just one and you'll make a lot of money. Prefers others.
The chart shows it has been consolidating and has been in a narrow channel for some time. Could be OK for trading. When it gets down to its support line, you could take a position. Doesn't see any catalyst for it to break out.
This was a disaster. Was a $538 stock in 2000. It is now $2.00 with $1.50 in cash. They have new management and new products with a huge legacy install base.
This is a high flyer from 2000 that was over $15 and is now around $2.00! When looking at a train wreck, look for cash. This one has $1.70 of net cash. Their products are installed in 15 of the 25 largest global players. Has new management.
Software that uses wireless networks for protocol middleware. Has about $1.50 per share. Expects it to be profitable in the back half of 2008. Dropped because of management change and the backlog going into 2009. Fairly safe risk/reward profile.
