Producing about 4500 BOEs a day in Western Canada. Have exciting discoveries in Trinidad. First play was Victory. Just announced they cased and logged Bounty well and are testing and should know in 2 or 3 weeks. They will then drill the 3rd play Endeavour. Could be a multi-TCF discovery.

BUY

World-class assets in Trinidad. Volatile because of the large wells they are drilling.

COMMENT

This is always being a stock that swings for the stars. Drilling an expensive well in Trinidad that looks interesting. Exploration drilling is a big roll of the dice. Not for the faint of heart.

TOP PICK

Victory well offshore Trinidad at 600 BCF. Bounty could be complete by the end of June and then they have 1 more well to drill. If Bounty is successful, his $5.80 target could go up materially.

BUY

Has operations in Western Canada of about 4300 BOE's a day and a drawing some wells that could take it to 5000 giving it $1 in value. Also had success offshore Trinidad. Drilling a new well called Bounty, which will take us through to June. Very cheap.

COMMENT

An exploration company with properties off the east coast, which are currently not that active. Also drilling a number of wells in the Trinidad area and have some Alberta-based properties. This is one that he Trades. Higher risk/higher reward.

HOLD

A higher risk proposition in terms of oil/gas. Have a traditional base in Alberta at about 4000 BOE's a day, which he anticipates will stay flat. Likes the upside from what they are doing in Trinidad where the first well tested very well. Wondering if the2nd one will find anything more. Could see an additional $.60 or $1 if the 2nd well is equal to the 1st well. Still early days.

BUY

Offshore Trinidad discovery is significant with 600 BCF’s. Thinks they have 1/3 of this play. Now testing one more zone in that play so the news could get even better. Potentially there could be 3 TCF here. Over the next year there is a lot of high impact drilling.

COMMENT

Their Trinidad well looks very promising. The well they are working on has had some mechanical difficulties, which gives him some concern. He is probably more of a trader on this than a holder. High risk/high reward.

COMMENT

Have been waiting with bated breath to get the success out of Trinidad. Very high impact well. Have production in western Canada, which they are trying to grow.

STRONG BUY

The big well in Trinada, is a couple of weeks away from being at total depth, and will make the decision to case depending on the size. Thinks it has a good upside. Better to buy now before it is drilled to total depth.
