WEAK BUY
It’s a buy if you can stand the volatility of the stock. It’s the stock that’s volatile, not the business. Business is good. Pretty much have a global monopoly. Great, great company.
BUY
If you can withstand the volatility of the stock, then buy it. Business is fine, and they are making money, the stock is just volatile.
TOP PICK
Award points exchange program. A growth stock that has become a value stock. Stock price was cut in half in 5 weeks. They had upped their guidance by 50% and came in with 37% higher in December metrics as well as signing more customers. Nothing has gone wrong, but you can now get it at half the price. Expect in a recession people will be trading in their points. If they execute properly, they have a potential global monopoly.
COMMENT
Online exchange for award points. It always remains ahead on a valuation basis where he can get his head around it.
HOLD
Recently guided that 08 revenue would probably double. The stock has responded favourably to it. When the stock moves that strong, you have to sit back and let it settle down. Has a very interesting opportunity in the whole affinity program.
STRONG BUY
Was going to make this a Top Pick. This is one of the best names he has seen in a long, long time. Have upped their guidance by almost a double in revenues. Believes they have a global monopoly position in the rewards/exchange program. Have pulled in a lot of partners and don't need cash.
COMMENT
An exchange for N.A. loyalty points program. Have recently been signing contracts and has done incredibly well lately. At these levels he would have to do some evaluations. Has a high growth profile.
BUY
This stock went through a long, long base building and has just started a major up leg. It could pull back a little bit here and be a better buying opportunity at $2.25, but he feels it has a good upside potential.
TOP PICK
Allows trading reward and loyalty points for others. As more customers and merchants sign on, they can become very powerful. No competition at the moment so they have a great lead. Probably won't break even on a cash flow basis until 3rd quarter 08. Well-managed and financed.
