They follow a joint venture model where people put money in to explore their projects. They look for major, world-class deposits in Nevada, Colombia and a bit in Alaska. Have yet to find a deposit but are getting closer and closer. The way this goes is that they just bounce along until finally they hit. This could take years. Good company.

Not had a discovery yet but are employing the joint venture model. They generate the concepts and bring other people in to spend the money drilling. He trusts the management and they are in the right places to find a massive deposit. He is just going to let the process go on.

This is the kind of company that he calls a prospect generator. They use their acumen and other people’s money. They operate both in Nevada and Colombia. The returns he has achieved with regards to “prospect generation” relative to any other form of exploration has been spectacular. Likes this company a lot.

They were active in Nevada for quite a long time with a number of joint ventures, and finally basically pulled out. Their partner is developing a small gold mine in Alaska, which they will receive some revenue from once it gets up and going. They have focused on Colombia and are finding a couple of zones that look pretty interesting early on. The advantage with these guys is that they are spending other people’s money exploring. This is probably a good time to be in Colombia because everything has gotten cheaper and everybody has just about left, yet it is still one of the better prospective gold provinces globally.
