Bruce Campbell (1)MagIndustries Corp.MAA.TOHOLDAug 04, 2010

Potash in western Africa. Asset value of well over $1 if they can get the deal with China National Company Plant Import (Complant) signed, which is extremely close. Surprised the stock has not been moving up.

COMMENT
Possible takeover by a Chinese company. If they are not taken over, how much further will they drop and can they possibly fulfill their mandate as to what they want to do?
SELL
There’s not going to be another offer, so tender your shares. He sold almost all of his position a while ago.
COMMENT
Takeover bid at $0.25 on the table. If there is going to be a counter offer, give it 2 or 3 weeks. Not trading above $0.25 indicates another offer is not coming so he would be tempted to take the offer.
RISKY
It is a small cap potash that needs financing for a deal they just did (TLC – sub-Sahara mining company). If the deal completes the stock probably goes to 60 or 70 cents, otherwise it is flatter longer. Thinks it’s a good deal. Will do nothing until deal is announced and then it will double in one day. For your fun money in a portfolio.
BUY
Large potash resource in the Republic of Congo. From a trading perspective, it would be an interesting pick up here. Expect they will announce another large financing partnership over the next few months.
BUY
Potash in the Republic of Congo. (Not DRC) Phenomenal prospect and huge resource. Recently raised $10 or $15 million to look for other sources of funding, and think they will be successful.
BUY
Small-cap potash with large deposit on west coast of Africa and signed contracts to Brazil. Need help financing to get into production. Have a deal with a Chinese bank but are stuck with Chinese government approvals. Delayed for 2 months so fast money has been leaving. Good risk/reward.
COMMENT
This company is on his stock watch list. There is a possibility of them being delisted.
COMMENT
Has rebounded off the bottom with a potash speculation of being a good takeover. In negotiations with the Chinese company Complant (?) to finance their plans for their Congo mine. Stock is $.70 if a deal is signed and $.25 if they don't. Speculative.
BUY
Primary asset is a potash deposit in the Congo. This is their focus. Will be a low cost potash deposit. If you are patient, you will be rewarded.
COMMENT
Small-cap, very junior owner of a potash mine. Have a Memorandum of Understanding with a Chinese company and he is just waiting for the announcement.
COMMENT
Small potash company with proven reserves on the west coast of Africa. Needs financing to bring it into production. Has a “memorandum of understanding” with a July deadline with a Chinese company. If that goes through there is a net asset value of $1.75.
COMMENT
Junior potash story on the west coast of Africa. Recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the 2nd time with a Chinese company. He calculates a NAV of about $1.75. Relatively higher risk play but the risk/reward looks really good.
PARTIAL SELL
Is a potash in the Congo in Africa, good management, won't fly without financing (100 million). Were in negotiations with the Chinese for financing, they backed out, and are now in negotiations with another company in China but it's not going to happen until July. If you can't wait then get out now. They do own in portfolios, bought at 30 to 40 cents.
