Has taken on a lot of debt over the past couple of years. Before that the balance sheet was clear. Potash is one of those things that comes and goes with the price of the commodity. An interesting company and he could see why somebody would like it. It does not fit into his initial screen, because it was only listed in 2008 and he doesn’t buy into companies that haven’t been around for at least 10 years.
