Spin out from Accrete Energy (GZ-T). Quite small so conflicts with his view of sticking with good liquid stocks and strong balance sheets. Great asset base. Maybe would have been the ideal model 2 years ago before trusts became taxable. Big test will be how they do under the new scenario.
