TOP PICK
Irish based specialists in leasing modern and fuel-efficient aircraft. Neat hedge for energy prices. Demand for leased aircraft is strong. 15% yield. Forward earnings multiple is at 10.
TOP PICK
(3 Top Picks are all yield stocks. Market is so beaten up stocks are very cheap.) Global leaser of airplanes. Its finances have not deteriorated at all. 16% yield. (Good pairs trade with Canadian Oil Sands (COS.UN-T)).
BUY
(Market Call Minute.) Part of the global infrastructure play. Has been beaten up by the reversal of the hedge fund trade. Good entry point.
TOP PICK

Leases aircraft to a lot of the major mobile carriers. Have over 100 planes. Dividend of 6.46%. Recently wanted to improve their balance sheet and use money for consolidation. BV of around $20. Did a share offer at about $14, which was a little upsetting. Stock went down below $13 but is now working its way back up. Good management.

DON'T BUY

This company basically buys up airplanes and then lease them out to airline companies globally. The business model sounds fantastic and was doing really well for a while. He sold his position about a year ago. Doesn’t like the business plan right now. Stay away from this for now.

COMMENT
Been stuck at these levels since 2013. For a trade, he would wait. If you want to buy it and put it away for a while, momentum is strong, so he has no problem buying it for that.
