Likes it because the principals behind it are the former Shining Bank ones that have a proven track record of finding interesting properties and developing them.

New trust with an unusual structure. Have a Texas property producing 900 barrels a day. Cross border entity an accounting recommendation says won’t be challenged by Revenue Canada. Comfortable with this very convoluted structure? Will they be able to maintain the 10% yield? Can they expand?
