Provides hardware and training for law enforcement officers. There is room to grow globally The recurring part of their business is cartridges for tasers. They have to be refilled with their product. It can be volatile and a function of shifting policy. There is lots of enthusiasm for it but it is too expensive for them.

Has momentum, but has real earnings, so it's not a meme stock. Was upgraded today. He expects the price target to rise above current $884.

WATCH

Chart broke out, and is probably going to pull back to the breakout point (neckline). Don't want to see it break down back through support for any period of time, around $700. Spikes over a couple of days would be fine, but not if it stayed below for a week or more.
