BUY
Banks are great stocks to hold for low volatility. It has dropped quite a bit but this may be a good buying price now. There is no support below $69 down to $65. Buy a small position now and then more next month and more the month after.
PAST TOP PICK
(A Top Pick Apr 18/18, Down 4%) It is a mid-stream producer. This is a dividend play and you want to hold it for that. Hold on to it for a while with a $31.50 reduce or sell trigger.
PAST TOP PICK
(A Top Pick Apr 10/18, Up 4%) They have not quite recovered from earlier this year. It is in the penalty box. He does not have big anticipation for it to go one way or the other.
PAST TOP PICK
(A Top Pick Apr 10/18, Up 48%) They are expanding. They had a transaction and that is why it went up. He does not see it going anywhere from here.
COMMENT
Shareholders voted 99% in favour of takeover.
BUY
It was a Top pick July 27th. He liked it after it bounced off its bottom. It pulled back a little bit. It is a high dividend payer at 8.5%. It still looks pretty good. $18.50 is the support line. The downtrend is reversing. He would be a buyer again here.
BUY
I broke below 2017 support. About $2.50 is a hard exit point. Support is $3.60. Going up to resistance is a pretty good return. The volume does not coincide with the big reversal. He does not see big volume at the low levels.
DON'T BUY
Earnings coming out in a couple of days, right after midterm elections. There will be a lot of volatility. He is concerned with it showing signs of fatigue. There were two 10% back to back declines without huge volume. There is some sector turn over out of tech.
PARTIAL BUY
It has followed the trends of the financial sector to some degree. It looks solid where it is right now. It is making money. It is probably better value than it was in the summer. Take a small position, or the XFN-T ETF to diversify, preferably. If it drops below $47 there is not much support below that. There is resistance at $51.
WATCH
You have to have a lot of patience with these stocks. A lot of companies go through these changes where they transform to something completely different. It looks like it is going through the phase of the next press release causing the next upside move. If it gets above $0.90 it would be a breakout and definitely above $1.10. It has to break out before you buy it. If you bought below $0.10 then take half your position off.
HOLD
It is a dividend payer trading near its low levels. The bottom is $37 but $40 is a volume weighted price. It is a safe enough stock considering the business it is in. You can hold on to it. Make sure it stays above $39.50.
PARTIAL BUY
It has had a tremendous turnaround. Use a 50-day moving average as an exit point. If it goes sideways you will get exited out of it. Buy a little and follow the trend.
TOP PICK

He looks for trend reversals. He thinks this one might pull back a dollar of two from here before buying. He is looking to buy at $70 or below. There is a potential for $80 next January or February and he has an exit point of $67. It found good volume at its bottom. (Analysts’ price target is $84.50)

TOP PICK
It fell apart in September. It had a pretty big drop of almost 30% with high volume at the bottom. It could go up 5 or 10 points. (Analysts’ price target is $150.36)
TOP PICK

He just bought it recently. From a sector and size perspective it looks good. (Analysts’ price target is $242.60)
