Thompson Creek Metals Co (TC)

DON'T BUY

Are building a core asset in BC. Good core management group and good jurisdiction. But they are running out of money. Moly has fallen off a cliff and is a surprise. Not sure how they will raise equity in this kind of market.

DON'T BUY
One of the larger pure play moly producers. Recently acquired Mount Milligan, a British Columbian mine. Thinks the stock price is so low because they overpaid for this asset. Mount Milligan is going to cost over $1 billion to get up and running. Had challenges raising the money so came out with some sort of hybrid equity issue which the market didn’t like. Stock is fairly valued here.
