Tahera Corp (TAH.TO)

Have a lot of shares outstanding. Third quarter results indicate advancement of their diamond mines in Nunavut. Also had some good additions to their board. They have a lot of ambition and not a lot of capital resources, so they keep issuing stock.

Found a diamond pipe, but too small for major developers, so working it on their own. Some scepticism. The CEO has just resigned.

A long term position. Very cheap.

Insiders have too many options.

Has some potential, but management has too many options out which could dilute the stock.
