TOP PICK

(A Top Pick Dec 16/11. Down 27.03%) Two things put the stock down. A frivolous lawsuit that was thrown out of court plus a one-off glitch with the weight scales, which is now cleared up. Has a target of 60,000 ounces next year which will give it about 100,000 ounces in a year or 2. In the process of completing an acquisition of 2 properties. 1 million ounces of gold as indicated in one with some awfully good prospects on the other. Also, getting a new mill out of it. Price target of $1.50.

PAST TOP PICK

(A Top Pick Nov 8/11. Down 45.05%.) Acquiring a company that will close in the next week or two. Had a glitch in the weight scales, which messed up their cash flow in Q3 but in Q4, they are scheduled for 10,000 ounces of gold production and 60,000 for next year. Has a target price of $1.50.

PAST TOP PICK

(A Top Pick Nov 8/11. Down 37.36%.) He will be adding to new accounts. Had a production hiccup in the 3rd quarter. For the 4th quarter they’ll probably have 10,000 ounces of gold, annualized is 40,000 a year. This should lay the ground work for a very positive 2013 with production probably be up around 60,000-65,000 ounces per year. Still sees $1.50 12 months out

BUY

Took 2 hits. One was a lawsuit that was thrown out very quickly and the other was a one-time glitch with operations, which has been sold. Just released some very interesting resource numbers and have a couple of new zones close to where they were drilling. He is looking for $1.50-$1.75 1-year-out.

BUY
2nd tier gold producer? He likes Goldcorp (G-T) and Scorpio Gold. This one is a microcap in Nevada. Has a target of about $1.50.
TOP PICK
Stock took a tumble because 1) of a frivolous lawsuit against them, which was thrown out of court and 2) junior gold stocks started to crater. Encountering all kinds of increased mineralization on their Nevada property. Projecting 35,000 ounces of gold this year and hopefully 100,000 in 3 years. This would take the cash flow from $0.30 all the way up to $0.50-$0.60. Current cash flow ratio is about 2 to 3 but closer to 10 in normal times. He is bullish on gold.
RISKY
Extraordinarily bullish on this. His one year target is $1.55. The reason for the hit from $1.10 down to $.65-$.70 was due to a court case when a former partner was suing. The case was thrown out. Speculative holding.
STRONG BUY
Under a short term cloud resulting from a frivolous legal suit by one of its partners. Now in the 2nd day of hearings. He is very bullish on the stock. They're looking for 50,000-60,000 ounces this year and possibly 75,000- 80,000 next year.
TOP PICK
Nevada producer started this year. He Sees it go from 25,000 oz last year to 60,000 this year, 80,000 next year with a potential of 120,000. Costs of $680 a ton and cash flow of $0.40-$0.50 this year, $0.75-$0.80 next year and great exploration potential.
TOP PICK
A micro gold producer in Arizona. Had their 1st production in 2011. Looking for 65,000 ounces this year and probably 100,000 next year. Cash flow will probably be $.60-$.65 this year and $.80-$1 next year. Incredibly cheap.
TOP PICK
Chairman has bumped production rate for this year and it could produce 50-60 cents per share. Before buying it, realize only two people covering it. He is very bullish on it.
TOP PICK
First-class management. Safe area in Nevada with great access to infrastructure. In production and will probably produce 35,000 ounces of gold this year. At $1500 an ounce and will produce about $.30 a share in cash flow. Have a target of 100,000 ounces in 3 years.
TOP PICK
Chairman took over the company. Is in production, good management team. All sorts of resources that are potential reserves. Took over a past producing property from 1860. Safe area close to infrastructure and great reserve potential. Over 5 years will move from 20K oz to 100k oz.
COMMENT
Just spun out from Scorpio Mining (SPM-T). Have properties in Eastern Canada, northern Quebec and more recently in Nevada. Could be interesting.
