Basically oil/gas producer that it was going to sell most of its production and focus on the Montney region where they have very large properties and some very interesting high potential areas. Unfortunately they haven't sold as much as they wanted to. If things work out this is going to be a huge winner.

Relatively new gas weighted company. Already at about 3500 barrels a day. Very cheap at about 2X cash flow and 1X debt to cash flow. Good multiples and good metrics. At about 60% of their NAV. Good management. Had some asset backed commercial paper exposure of about $20 million but doesn't think they will have to write very much of it down.
