PAST TOP PICK
Dec 29, 2011
(A Top Pick Dec 22/10. Down 46.43%.) All the silver stocks are down over 50% this year. Have a joint venture with Pan American Silver (PAA-T). Still likes the story.
Pan-American Silver is buying into their Mexican deposit, which is a very encouraging sign. Hasn't gone through the numbers to see if it is reasonably valued or not. Mining costs could be high.
Very bullish on silver. A misunderstood story. Developing one of the biggest pure silver deposits in Mexico. 200 million market cap. In a joint venture with a $3 billion market cap company, Pan-American (PAA-T) who will fully fund the project into production with Orko retaining 45% of the economics.
Likes silver. Has a joint agreement with Pan American Silver on a 140 million ounce deposit in Mexico. Very good grades with over 200 grams per ton. They don’t have to pay any of the CapX and they get a 45% interest. They expect they can produce 10 million ounces and cash flow about $80 million.
Silver in Durango, Mexico. His partners really like this company. They think silver has just taken a little pause on the way to $80-$90 in the next 18 months. Big inventory shortage of silver.
(A Top Pick Dec 22/10. Down 0.71%.) Was a little disappointed with a grades of silver they found. Should still work out over the next 12 months. Very cheap story.
Silver. Broke down through a trend line earlier in the year and just recently broke down through the 125 day moving average, which doesn't look too hot. Looks like it is going to go back to the $1.10 range. Watch the volume and if you have a couple of days and it spiked down low and held there with a lot of volume, it could settle out at around $1.30.
