Paul VanEeden Jet Metal Corp JET-X DON'T BUY Apr 16, 2008

Uranium price is down 50% from its highs and he doesn't think the worst is over. This company has 2 problems. The decline in the uranium prices as well as the moratorium on uranium exploration and mining in Labrador.

PAST TOP PICK
(A Top Pick Mar 7/07. Down 53%.) Have a very significant uranium discovery, which is right beside Aurora Energy (AXU-T) in Labrador. This is emerging as a very important uranium district. Company has been the victim of not moving fast enough to demonstrate the size of the potential resource. Watching to see what happens in the near term.
HOLD
Had tremendous success on its exploration front but for the next several months there won't be anything positive happening in the junior resource market. Financing is shot until the new year. Hopefully they can get reactivated again next summer. Very conservative management.
STRONG BUY
Uranium exploration in Labrador with some gold out of the same project. Currently in a moratorium until possibly Feb/11. Recently bought into a Wyoming uranium as well.
BUY
Paladin (PDN-T) recently purchased a uranium property in Labrador. This company also has a uranium project in Labrador. A moratorium is expected to be lifted on these properties in March/11.
BUY
Multi metal resource of uranium, vanadium and gold. Likes all 3. The Labrador moratorium is expected to be lifted in March. Paladin (PDN-T) recently purchased a Labrador project from Fronteer Gold (FRG-T) that it is expected to develop. This company’s mine is next to it.
DON'T BUY
Very negative on uranium. Thinks there’s a total retake in the developed world as to what to do with nuclear plants and energy.
DON'T BUY
Likes the project and the management team. He was long the stock but sold it immediately after the Japanese disaster. Junior uranium projects are going to have a tough time getting the financing they are going to need to develop them over any intermediate timeframe. Pretty much dead money.
DON'T BUY
Has some interesting assets both in Labrador and Wyoming. The problem is that the uranium sector is still under a lot of pressure. They will need to raise a lot of capital in order to put these projects into production by themselves. Very speculative. He owns some warrants.
WAIT

These people are going to start up an ultra low-cost carrier in Canada. They haven’t got into flying yet, and haven’t got the business off the ground. They plan to go into some of the markets that are under serviced, where other carriers are not into them right now. They are working with some of the economic groups in those areas in order to get some deals. They’d like to get revenue from seat sales as well as parking and concessions. This is one where you have to wait and see how they execute.
