Rail car manufacturing business. Their cars carry bulk chemicals and crude as well as covered hoppers. Orders went through the roof from fracking. It is down because this activity is grinding to a halt with the decline in oil prices. The backlog is starting to weaken due to cancelations.
This company is in a perfect storm here. Have a backlog of 43,000 railcars. Have 4 divisions. They make them, repair and refurbish wheels, provide leasing and finance for railcars and also have software to manage railcars. A fantastic company. There is a bumper crop of grain that we need railcars for. We have oil that we need railcars for. Dividend yield of 0.94%.
