DON'T BUY

Had a project in Chile, which basically came off the rails because of an avalanche. Sold an incredible amount of shares, about 450 million plus. If they can have earnings at some point, with so many shares outstanding earnings cannot be very great.

DON'T BUY

Have about 450 million shares outstanding meaning they may have to consolidate. Trying to get their Chilean mine going again. Had an avalanche, which eliminated the company's operations. Need more money.

HOLD

He owns it personally, bought at 9, it's now at 5. He is willing to hold, but wouldn't buy more.

COMMENT

Had bad luck when an avalanche hit their mine. Had to restart the mine. Just got new management. Continually have to issue new shares, which may result in a share consolidation down the road.

WEAK BUY

This is one of the juniors in gold that has not done very well. The company seems to call from one disaster to another. They have what appears to be a good copper play. Had problems because of an avalanche and are now in arbitration with the insurance company looking for $3 million. Speculation. Could go up 50/75% if they do well. A lot of shares are outstanding.

BUY

Has a letter of intent with Rio Tinto (RTP-N). Had tremendous problems. Had to close down their operations because of an avalanche. Were looking at positive cash flow at this point in time, but that won't happen. In violation of their debt covenance, but probably not a problem with the group which likes them. A good speculative buy. Very risky.

BUY

If you are a believer in oil/gas and strong commodity prices, this is one way to play the oil sands. Higher risks as they are just in the process of developing.

WEAK BUY

Quite diluted which is a negative aspect. Bought at around $.09 and would look to get out at around $0.14. Good management. Likes that they are working with Rio Tinto, but at the same time the dilution kind of scares him. Lime aspect is good and could prove to be quite beneficial. A speculative buy.

DON'T BUY

Likes the management. Tried to buy at a lower price. Targeted at $.14. Have some new financing now and could have a decent run, but not a fan of copper at this time.

WEAK BUY

Have followed the Company for 4/5 years. They are moving ahead with their projects in South America. Seems to have financing. Good management. Target price of 15¢ so there’s not a lot of gain. Excitement in commodities could move the stock higher.
