COMMENT

Silver is used in industry so on a seasonality basis, it will probably go with the economy. This would mean it would probably pick up in the October time frame into May when it will then start to slack off.

BUY

When the price of silver starts doing what he thinks is inevitable ($30 in the near term), it will be a takeover at a lot higher price than it is now.

DON'T BUY

Owned it about a year ago but it was acting just so bad in a very strong silver environment, that he sold. Management team is fine and the asset is okay but development costs may end up being more than expected.

Had a phenomenal run. Hold back when it looked like they were not able to expand the deposits. Limited growth. Probably will be taken over.

And exploration project in Peru. Have had a nice substantial find in silver. The only word of caution is, follow the metallurgy, which could create some problems/expenses.

A highly speculative situation, but at the same time you have a silver asset that is being explored and developed. It appears to be in the realm, of being fabulous. Probably the best silver asset in the ground.

WAIT

Their deposit is very exciting. There is a huge silver resource in Corani, Peru. The trouble is, it is remote and at a high altitude and the grades are low. Would like to see what impact the altitude will have. Too early.

BUY

There is certainly an appitite for the kind of deposit that Bear creek seems to be outlining.

Very strong management team. Have an interesting project in Bear Creek that they are developing. Has only seen surface sampling resu;ts as yet.
