A good defensive stock. Has done enormously well. Good management. Assets consist of inflation hedgers. They think inflation is back.

DON'T BUY

Has been a great performer. A little bit of a premium to net asset value so it has done most of what it is going to do.

Still in an Uptrend, however, looking at the MACD it shows a lower High. This indicates some negative convergence. The stock is economy sensitive so would be a little careful. If it falls below $45, Sell.
