COMMENT
This wasn't a good day for them. Came out with earnings that were weaker than what the street expected. He was looking for earnings of about $7.75 this year and they guided down $7.30 to $7.40, basically on the back of higher medical costs. He feels there was an overreaction. Has a lot of potential as a recently purchased Ameri Group which will be accretive by about $1 a share by 2015.

Managed Care operator. They have HMOs as well as private business and preferred operations. Have 34 million members. Have suffered from health care reforms and the unknowns. There is a supreme court ruling coming out in June. He feels the big players are fairly well insulated from any ruling. Thinks they will earn $8 a share this year. Looking for growth rate of 10% a year.
