VEA vs. EFA vs. ACWX

All have very different exposures, so it's hard to compare them.

VEA includes South Korea, EFA does not. ACWX has Canada in it. VEA is likely the most efficient one for foreign exposure. Don't focus on the MER. Instead, focus on the right exposure for your investment goals. Let the MER be the tiebreaker, all else being equal.

He's bullish emerging markets. This is everything but the US. It's an easy way to diversify your portfolio outside North America. One of his favourite ETFs, but they overcharge with their MER.

This holds the world except the S&P. This covers the world, really. A good place to start investing internationally and it is cheap to own.
