Gold. Bad news in Europe and bad news in the US. This is all good news for gold. Look at the 10 year chart, keep your eye on the rising tide and ignore the bobbing cork.
Copper. Bad news out of China, bad news continuing out of Europe, horrible news out of the US so demand for copper is diminishing. However, copper supplies are also diminishing. No matter what the news is, we'll always be replacing wiring, plumbing etc. Neutral on copper but is not bullish on base metals at this time.
Have 2 projects. One in Spain and one in Ghana. The Spain project has 1.5 million ounces at 1.5 g per ton using $800 gold. They’re drilling and expanding it. The big upside is Ghana. 14 deposits. Grades like 13 m of 4.1 g per ton, 16 m 2.5 and 39 m 4.79.
Proposed merger with Adamus in Australia. If it goes through, it is a win, win for both companies. Adamus has a problem of a hedge and debt and this company has a lot of cash on hand. There will be good cash flow from 2 operating mines in West Africa. Will be producing 172,000 ounces at a cash cost of $5.75-$6.25.
Located in Québec. Have had early good exploration results. What they are drilling trends under a Lake so they will be doing some winter drilling program on the ice. There could be an economic deposit.
17 km of combined, primarily platinum/gold but also some nickel and copper in the Yukon. There is no problem with permitting and they have water. Thinks it will be a very large mine some day.
Has technology that creates pure aluminum directly from alumina clay. Have already delivered 70 tons to a smelter. This is one that a major must own and someone has to take it out.
Raised a lot of money for acquisitions. Whenever a company does this, there is overhang in the market that prevents the share price from rising. Their validation will come through with all of their mines start to kick out production and are able to put ounces into inventory.
In Nicaragua right next to B2Gold’s (BTO-T) Jabali (?) name. This discovery has given the mine a very extended and substantial longer life. It is clear to him that $.20 is the absolute floor.
Continuing to drill so 6 months out there will probably be a larger resource. However, there might not be a market. This is an heirloom stock in that you can buy and just put on the shelf for 5 years.
