ARKK has been heavily sold off over the past year, and while we would not expect much of a recovery in the near term, we feel that most of its underlying companies have decent fundamentals and solid network effects. When markets are in growth mode, this will outperform. When the market is trying to take risk off the table, these can see a pull back. To add to a position or to start one, you want to see some market volatility and weakness to get in. There are some great holdings. The biggest position is Tesla which poses some risk.
