Electric company that he thinks is in Kansas. Had owned this in the past. Generally utility companies move as a group and are interest sensitive. Currently, interest rates have come down so utility stocks have come back some. If you are looking for much in the way of capital gain, he thinks interest rates are eventually going to work their way higher, which would bode ill for utilities.
